What People Are Saying

From the Publisher
"The first forty pages or so of this voluminous work laid out the mind-over-matter philosophy of California mystic Ernest Holmes, which became a major influence on New Age spirituality. Holmes was a broad thinker and his work reflects a wide variety of influences, from Emerson to Christian Science founder Mary Baker Eddy. Holmes never became widely known but influenced many who did, such as Norman Vincent Peale. His books could be found in the libraries of George Lucas, Elvis Presley, and scholar of myth Joseph Campbell."

    I Also Recommend:

The most life-altering philosophy I have ever read!

If you are like me and find yourself walking a line between Christianity and Spirituality, this book is for you. Mr. Holmes actually brings new life to the Bible and to Christianity with his philosophical approach to the Laws of the Universe. Holmes sites bible verses and opens up a whole new meaning behind the words. This book opens new doors and confirms for me things I had been feeling for years with regard to my own spirituality. Mr. Holmes' examples of "treatments" are wonderful, as well. This book is a must read for anyone "trapped" by conventional Christianity and will make you proud to be a Spiritual soul.

    more from this reviewer

    Well done

I have read the book several times over the last 30 years. I have a copy that was published in the 70's that I just love. I like the annual reading guide and concordance in this copy. If you never read it you are in for a treat. If you have read it relax you will learn something new.
