    A Book of Counter Intellegence?

Unfortunately I had to buy this book to remember why I dropped my subscription to Sci. Am. I bought this to upgrade my older 'New York Public Library Science Desk Reference' which is very, very good. It has no photos but many diagrams. Sci. AM. Does have photos. An example would be a nicely flattened out candy wrapper laying carefully on a sea anemone at the ocean bottom to show improper waste disposal. Pictures that are ¿setup¿ for their magazine are not uncommon. If you like Biologies, Chronologies and Glossaries then this is your book. My problem would be in trusting anything they say. The original book by New York is great. If you can find one you¿d be better off.
