"very good book."—J. Gilbert
Ships from: Chatham, NJ
Usually ships in 1-2 business days
The book is very informative and very useful in understanding what is the root cause of the problems. The author has made generic suggestions of simple non-prescription/Over The Counter (OTC) medications for various deficiencies. The readers have to understand themselves first what is causing the problem and then find a way to apply the suggested medications. I tried implementing some of the suggestions made by the author and I found good results.

This book is full of assumptions, and the evidence is 'anecdotical' at the most. Definitely one of the worse books I have ever purchased. If you are really serious about improving your sexual performance this is not the reference you need.

This is the first book I have written a review on. I am doing so because of how poorly this book was written, on how little science the major claims of this book are based on, and because I feel I should warn people to stop being fooled by titles that claim to give them everything with minimal effort. It is possible that the author achieved some of the claims he makes in the book, but he does not base his experiences on science, or even on experiences shared by many people. He also does not give detailed explanations of how it is physically possible to reach his goals. The book bases the physical technique in the book, which is very similar to similar techniques in other books where you squeeze muscles around the genital or lower back area, on the authors own subjective experiences, and not no biology, science, or even a shared common experience. The science in this book has to do with all of the supplements the book advises to take, basically telling you to play with your body's chemistry. The book first tells you to add one chemical to achieve a certain positive effect, but since there could be several bad effects, you should also take many other chemicals. The list then keeps growing. By the way, the book was not written by a doctor or a scientist, and even if it was, doctors today still do not understand everything about the human body, especially when it comes to playing with a body's chemistry. Also, this book has horrendous editing, from misspellings, to no diagrams. The book also does not have references throughout the confusing text, instead just a long bibliography at the end, where many articles or books are not even listed in a proper format. Overall, a really terrible book.

The book is written very well and deals with all of the common sexual problems. I have suffered from impotence for over 3 years and didn¿t know how to solve it. Alan Ritz thoroughly explains that you have to eliminate several deficiencies of certain biosubstances such as neurotransmitters, hormones, liver enzymes, etc. Then these problems will automatically disappear. Regarding the ¿VIP muscle¿ I didn¿t have any problems to find it and use it. The result was great. For the first time in my life I enjoyed multiple orgasms. I highly recommend it.

The first thing that impressed me was the subtitle. For the first time I see a book that aims to provide information is so diverse areas. Did it help me to overcome my premature ejaculation? Definitely yes and it happened in just 3 days as promised. It was so easy that I could hardly believe. I have read many reviews for this book at different forums in Internet. Every time I was amazed from the ¿impossible¿ number of multiple orgasms men report. That¿s why when I could finally have normal sex I focused my attention towards the ¿breakthrough¿ ¿VIP muscle¿. I needed 4 days to set up my body and be able to enjoy if any multi-orgasms. Alan Ritz has outlined very clear step-by-step plan how to find, use and get the maximum pleasure from it. I experienced 14 great orgasms the first time. Gradually their number increases but I don¿t care exactly how many are they. He takes you by the hand and tells you in as simple and straightforward way as possible how to achieve and enjoy the ultimate. Once you achieve it, the only thing that really matters is to fully experience and enjoy it. The rest are formalities. This is truly the best book on men¿s sexuality I have ever read!

We were given this book as a shower gift. My husband and I found it to be fascinating, easy to read and understand, and extremely helpful. It made the first week of our married life an ecstatic experience that I don't think it would have been if we hadn't read this outstanding book. He shared with me: ¿I felt as if I was discussing a lot of insider information with a very knowledgeable friend¿. We can¿t recommend it enough!
