Prequel to: Genetic Attraction

Geneticist Jake Martin has brilliant scientific vision, but he's blind to his own nature. Despite his flagging interest in women and his past experience with a man, he's convinced himself he'd be happy if he could just have his older boss, Emmaline Silvay, as his lover. Living in his closeted dream world, he's unprepared for the powerful attraction he experiences to supermodel Roan Black, "the most beautiful man in the world."

Jake can't resist the gorgeous, androgynous creature. Who could? he thinks. But Roan refuses to accept him until Jake admits that it's a man he wants and this man in particular. Jake tells himself it's just sex, but his refusal to understand what he really needs threatens the best chance at happiness he's ever had. Is there a future for a PhD scientist who refuses to see and a high school dropout supermodel who understands all too clearly?

Publisher's Note: This book is predominantly a romance between two bisexual men and features primarily male/male sexual practices; however, it contains m/f and m/m/f scenes and is therefore classified as menage, not strictly LGBT.

This story is a spectacular beginning to the series. Roan is so

This story is a spectacular beginning to the series. Roan is so unashamed of his sexuality and is so bold, especially for being such a sensitive guy. Jake is not afraid to explore his desires, but struggles with what it means in the long run. Together, they’re sexy, sweet, and beautiful. The ending is the best part, as it is so heartwarmingly thoughtful and leads right into the next book (even if it was written before this one).

I loved the family element on Jake’s side, and just how well they take all the events that occur. Plus, we meet Caleb (Jake’s brother, the runt) who is featured in book 3, and Roan’s personal entourage who are featured in book 4. This book has an amazing story that is as hot as it is sweet, and sets the stage for the rest of the series perfectly by introducing several characters and giving us a little taste of who they are.

The Scientist and the Supermodel is a love story of self acceptance and the love of family. If you’re looking for a sexy but oh so touching read, pick this one up and you will not be disappointed!

    A wonderful story

My review from Goodreads: What a wonderful story. It was so easy to read and went by too quickly. Good thing I had already ordered the second book in this series Genetic Attraction. The description of Roan was so vivid a couple of times I caught myself drooling. Reading is for the most part solitary so no embarrassing moments… And Jake the jerk, turned into quite the stand up man at the end. I enjoyed reading about these two guys and their intimate moments were off the charts. There were quite a few chuckles throughout the story. Reading shouldn’t always be so serious and this wasn’t serious reading. I thoroughly enjoyed it
