Small Book with Lots of Information

This book has yet to fail me. It was given as a gift more than five years ago and it's been my breakfast companion ever since. For Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas Morning, or Brunch get togethers the recipes are superb. It may seem small, but I've still yet to try every recipe, despite how dillagently I've tried to work through the book. Standout recipes include the prize winning orange scones with berries and cream, the whole wheat peach muffins (low-fat but you wouldn't know it), the mango and ginger crystalized quickbread, and the chocolate cherry chip muffins. There is also a full chapter of jams, honeys, and other delictable spreads. I highly recommend this book for anyone looking for a lovely holiday gift, or a wonderful addition to their own cookbook repetoire.
