Meet the Author

Jessica Renison is half Scottish—a Campbell on her mother’s side—and proud of it. She enjoyed many a childhood vacation in Scotland, roaming the gnat-infested glens and swimming in the freezing cold lochs. Chiefly a writer of fiction, Jessica has written countless short stories and is currently at work on a historical novel. Her nonfiction works include the hugely popular children’s series The Secret History of Dragons / Fairies / Unicorns. She lives in London with her husband and two sons.
