There are 17 scrapbook pages but there are 86 other paper crafts so don¿t be fooled by the name of this book. It is definitely misnamed! I would call this a BIG BOOK ON PAPER CRAFTS. This is a wonderful adventure guide into working with pretty papers, ribbons, buttons, stamps and beads. Just put your mind to work on what you could use to decorate things like invitations, coupons books, mailboxes, letter sorters, jars, gift bags as well as those scrapbook pages. There are two cross-indexes. One lists the projects as Card ideas, games or party. The second lists them as summer, school, holidays or rainy days. If you can¿t locate it in one, you will be able to find it in the other. Each project has a finished color photo. There are step-by-step directions with graphic photos to help you visualize what the instructions are saying. You just can¿t miss creating something wonderful with instructions like this. Use the author¿s ideas or get your own creativity going and do them with your own added ideas. It is a great book for getting your children crafting but all ages will enjoy working with this book.
