    Great for those who get bored easily

    I can get so bored working out at home, so I have two of Denise's books, because both are easy to read and follow, keep me doing different things and actually work (that is, when I do them, DUH!)
    I love my ball and now am back to using it daily to ease and strengthen a bad back. I'm not one for going out and jogging (not a jog bra in the world that would make it worth it), so I do a lot of floor and ball workouts. The price is unbeatable and within 2 weeks, so are the results that start to show. Many of my "other" workout books have been long collecting dust in my library, but Denise's are both on my coffee table every day.

    Fun Fine Fitness Tuning

    When I saw this on an endcap, I knew it would be just perfect for a Christmas Day family gift. We like to have some gifts for all the family Christmas Day and my daughter and I are big fitness buffs. I added a new ball and my brother just happened to give me a full set of bands. <BR/><BR/>She's really great at adding a photo summary of exercises, and I like how she's cleverly combining cardio with flexibility.
