Leaping from the pages are piggybacking sea horses, iridescent jellyfish, ethereal but menacing stingrays, and deadly puffer fish. Laita’s masterful photography reveals their extraordinary colors, textures, and personalities to us as never before.

Perfect Gift to Give or Receive...

We not only purchased it for our family but requested our local library to purchase it (they did!). This book is incredible. It would be a perfect gift regardless of age or gender. I would highly recommend it to all homeschoolers, all charter schools and all libraries. The artistry, simplicity and beauty of the photographs are well beyond any other I have seen previously published. There is also an index in the back to identify and classify each of the "sea creatures". Many thanks to Mark Laita for his efforts and work. We greatly appreciate your eye and your heart for these beautiful natural creations so remarkably reflected in this publication.
