Lacy Snow wasn't looking for love when she met strikingly handsome and seductive Dane Braden. But how could she ignore the six-foot-three darkly handsome god who tagged and researched sharks for a living--and made every nerve in her body tangle into an overly sensitive knot? Even her fear of sharks could not suppress their intense attraction.

As founder of the Brave Foundation, Dane Braden travels from port to port, educating and advocating on behalf of the mammals he adores--and spends his nights finding solace in the arms of strangers. The last thing Dane was looking for when he met Lacy Snow was a relationship, and the last thing he expected was to fall in love.

Fifteen months--and hundreds of flirty emails, steamy phone calls, and sensual video chats--later, they reunite and take passion to a whole new level. But as Lacy's phobia meets Dane's past love life, their steamy romance is upended, and when tragedy strikes, Dane and Lacy are forced to face their deepest fears head-on as they try to navigate their own sea of love.

LACY SNOW SAT between Kaylie Crew and Danica Carter, literally surrounded by her half sisters. In the year and a half since she’d met them, they’d become her closest friends, her coconspirators, and the women she most looked up to. She’d known they existed her whole life, but as the child of their father’s mistress of more than twenty years, she couldn’t exactly knock on their front door and introduce herself.

Kaylie reached for her hand and squeezed, flashing a sisterly smile. She and Lacy shared the same robin’s-egg-blue eyes and buttery blond hair, though Kaylie’s was shiny with a natural wave and Lacy’s was a mass of spiral curls, like Danica’s, save for the color. Danica took after their father with dark hair and olive skin.

“God, this place is gorgeous,” Kaylie said.

“It was built in a similar fashion to the original Chequesset Inn, which perished during an ice storm in the 1930s,” Lacy said.

Max and Treat had fallen in love in Wellfleet, Massachusetts, and it was only fitting that they wed at the Wellfleet Inn. The two-story inn overlooked the bay. Treat owned resorts all over the world, so it came as no surprise when he purchased the inn and added it to his collection.

“Oh my God,” Kaylie whispered. “You’re such a fact girl.” She looked at the altar. “Excited?”

Nervous, Lacy mouthed. She’d waited fifteen months to see Dane Braden, Treat’s younger brother, in-person again. Fifteen long months of sharing emails, intimate phone calls, sexy video chats, and too many unfulfilled fantasies to count. Fifteen months of Lacy working twelve-hour days seven days a week, vying for a promotion at her job, and long nights spent dreaming of Dane. She reached for Danica’s hand and—deep in conversation with her husband, Blake—Danica took Lacy’s hand like it was the most natural thing in the world. She’d met Danica and Kaylie just before their double wedding, in a Nassau resort owned by Treat Braden, the six-foot-six, darkly handsome man now standing at the altar, gazing into their friend Max Armstrong’s eyes. Max’s dark hair fell in gentle waves over the spaghetti straps and soft lines of the beachy wedding gown that Riley Banks, Treat’s brother Josh’s fiancée, designed for her. Weddings had a way of making the beautiful even more glamorous. Max and Treat were a striking couple, and they should have held Lacy’s attention as Treat held Max’s hand and looked lovingly into her eyes, promising her a lifetime of adoration, but Lacy’s gaze shifted to his right. To the line of Treat’s four striking brothers, proudly standing as his groomsmen, each one more handsome than the next. Each brother’s dark eyes were trained on their eldest brother as he vowed to love, honor, and cherish his soon-to-be wife—each one except Dane. Dane’s smoldering dark eyes stared hungrily at Lacy, sending a shock of heat right through her. Damn, he’s sexy. Lacy couldn’t blink. She couldn’t look away. Hell, she couldn’t breathe.

“Careful,” Kaylie whispered, “you’ll drool on that pretty dress of yours.”

Lacy felt her face flush, but she still couldn’t tear her gaze away. Each of the Braden brothers had thick dark hair, and while Treat and Josh wore their hair short and Rex wore his cowboy-long, covering his collar, Dane’s hair fell somewhere in between, as if he’d missed his last trim; it brushed the tops of his ears, with sides that looked like he’d just run his hands through them. No. Lacy narrowed her eyes. That’s not it at all. As she watched Dane’s lips lift into a smile, she bit her lower lip and thought, He looks like he could have just come from the bedroom—or, like he’s ready for it.

He winked, and Lacy caught her breath.

“Behave,” Kaylie warned.

“Oh my God,” Lacy whispered, drawing her eyes to her lap. “He’s so…”

“Sexy? Gorgeous? Hot?” Kaylie offered, arching a brow.

Dane Braden wasn't looking for anything serious, but in the fifteen months since he last saw Lacy Snow, she's somehow become a huge part of his life. But Skype and Facetime are nothing compared to what he feels when he finally lays eyes on her again. Lacy Snow knows better than to get involved with a man who makes a living — and makes his home — in a boat traveling around the world. But something about Dane grabs ahold of her, and when they're finally in the same place, there's no way they can deny their attraction. But what he does for a living is everything she fears, and falling in love doesn't necessarily make their lives any more compatible. TheVerdict: I absolutely loved Lacy. She's outgoing and sweet and fun — and even when things got all kinds of angsty, I understood every decision she made. To be honest, I didn't expect to like Dane very much. After learning a little about him in the earlier books, I just couldn't see how he was going to convince me that he was worth Lacy. But his internal conflict, his initially not being able to name or understand what he was feeling… Well, seeing everything from his perspective had me falling in love with him right alongside Lacy. While all the characters and stories in this series are very different from each other (and individually wonderful), this one really stood out to me. Maybe it's that Dane is a flawed guy who doesn't instantly better himself, but rather takes a bit of time to come to terms with both what he wants and who he wants to be. Or maybe it was the whole anxiety thing that sneaked up on Lacy — it should have irked me, given my usual aversion to fictional issues like that, but she ended up making perfect sense to me. And of course, there was the romance. These two took a hell of a long time to get their heads straight — kinda reminded me of Treat and Max with their whole self-sacrificing bit — but if ever there were a couple that belonged together! Their chemistry was off the charts, and the connection they shared was so believable that I was right in the middle of the angst-fest with them. Good thing Melissa Foster always delivers a happily ever after!

This is the first book that I've finished and started re-reading immediately. I love the story and the characters, and I cant' wait to read it again! This is the third book I've read in this series, and I've throughly enjoyed them all. I have the next one waiting for me, and I'm anxious to get started. I'll be going back to get the rest of the series, as well. I'm totally hooked!

Sea of Love is book #7 in the Love in Bloom series and is book #4 in the Bradens at Weston. CO series but can be read as a standalone. Dane Braden is the founder of Brave Foundation and tags sharks for a living and chooses to go it alone because of the danger of his life’s work. He travels around the world from port to port with women in every one. But that begins to change after meeting Lacy Snow at a wedding. Lucy Snow couldn’t avoid the full body tingle his gorgeous, sexy Dane Braden evoked in her but there is a major issue. As a child Lacy was attacked by a shark with the scars to prove it. Can she get past Dane’s career? After a very long fifteen months of steamy phone calls, Skype Flirty emails and texts, they finally reunite at his brother’s wedding and thing heat up immediately but they are soon forced to face their deepest fears. Can a woman terrified of sharks be with a man who puts his life on the line on a daily basis with the objects she fears most? **CONTENT WARNING: Due to mature content, recommended for readers aged 18+**

4.5 Stars Rating: 4.5 Stars Finally after FIFTEEN months of connecting online, Lacy Snow and Dane Braden are about to meet again. It’s exciting, exhilarating, and the sexual tension is stronger than the adrenaline rush Dane has when he’s off tagging sharks. They are about to see each other face to face and see if their connection extends to more than online. There’s a problem though – Lacy is afraid of SHARKS. She is more than terrified and she’s not sure if the attraction is strong enough to overcome her phobia. "A guy like Dane doesn’t need to deal with a girl who’s afraid of the one thing he deals with everyday." So despite the chemistry, the intense attraction and compatibility – Lacy ran off. Good thing Dane Braden doesn’t give up easily. He found a way to win her back and to make her realize that swimming, and even tagging with the sharks is not as dangerous compare to driving on the streets. Can he convince her to face her deepest darkest fears to be with him? I am once again in love with a Braden – this time, it’s with Dane, the (ahem) ‘BIGGER’ brother. This sexy, handsome and dare-devil shark tagger just earned a space in my heart. What is it with Braden men that make them all irresistible?? Dane might be a lady’s man in the past, but after meeting Lacy, and just connecting with her through the internet, something has changed. Like his brothers, he’s totally put himself out of the market. But first, he needs to prove to her that his past remains where it should be, the PAST. I LOVE HIM because he’s affectionate and he’s not shy to show his emotions. His eyes may glisten a little or some tears might have fall – but it didn’t make him less a man. As for Lacy, I understand her reluctance in being honest with her fears. I just hoped that she was honest with him from the start to save both of them the heartaches. I was just glad about her realizations in the end of the novel. Once again, we met the Bradens clan, and not to mention the Snow sisters. They have showed how family stick to each other through thick or thin. Their much needed support, and words of wisdom had helped our love birds find their way into each other’s arms. I have always admired their relationship with each other. It doesn’t matter when their old, or when they are continents apart, they are always ready to lend help when it is needed. Now, I can’t wait until Savannah’s. Again, Melissa Foster had me hooked with this amazing tale of love, friendship and family. You don’t want to miss this series!! It’s a must-read! ¿ARC Copy was given in exchange for an honest review.¿

Sea of Love is the seventh book in the Love in Bloom series, and the fourth installment of the Bradens. If you have read the other books in this series, you might recall Lacy (Danica and Kaylie's sister) and Dane (one of the Braden brothers). Don't worry though if you haven't read any of these books. Sea of Love can be read as a stand alone book. I love this series, and recommend that you read all of the books. Melissa Foster has done it again with Sea of Love. She has written another book that speaks to the heart. She will have you on an emotional rollercoaster. Her characters just seem to come alive on the page. I don't know what it is about her writing but every book that I've read seems to speak to me. There always seems to be some life lesson for me. It may just be a way for me to handle things differently, or a different perspective. I've gone through similar life experiences as some of the characters, and this book like her other books lets me see things from both sides. You will fall in love with Lacy and Dane. Lacy actually reminds me of my step sister. I've never really been close to her. I've always seen her as part of the other family. This story helped me see things from her perspective and realize that she probably has trust issues, too. The setting is wonderful and the best thing is that you will be able to picture everything in your mind. It will seem like you are really there. This book is a perfect fit for the series. I give this book 5 stars. I'm sure this book will speak to everyone on some level. However you must be aware that there are sexually explicit scenes in this book, and it is not appropriate for all ages. I received a free copy of this book from Beck Valley Books.

Sea of Love by Melissa Foster is the 7th book in her Love in Bloom series, and the 4th for The Bradens. This series is so much fun, and very steamy, with a fantastic family to enjoy. I love starting a new book in this series, wondering if Melissa can keep it up, and continue to get us hooked into another Braden brother. I am happy to say Melissa has created another wonderful romance that sizzles from the start. Sea of Love belongs to Dane Braden and Lacy Snow, whom we met in Sisters in White. 15 months have passed since Danica and Kaylie’s weddings, and when Lacy became attracted to Dane. They have not seen each other in this period, but they texted each other every day. Finally at Treat and Max’s wedding, Dane and Lacy finally come face to face and what follows is hot hot, steamy affair, making up for their lost 15 months. Both know pretty quickly that they have strong feelings for each other, but Dane has always been a womanizer and Lacy is working hard to get a big promotion on her job. Needless to say this and other issues keep this relationship on the brink, even though they are so great together. A major stumbling block is Lacy’s fear of sharks, since as a child she was hurt and bears a scar. Of course, Dane is a Shark tagger, which is his life blood, as he runs the Brave Foundation that works to save sharks, and he is always traveling. Despite these things, they are very much in love, and just when you think they will finally get past their issues, something else happens to put another kink in their relationship. What I loved about this book was that we got to spend a lot of time with Danica and Kaylie Snow again, and it was fun to see the three sisters together helping one another. We know the Bradens are always there for each other, so it was nice to see more of the Snow sisters. Do Dane and Lacy get past their issues and cement their relationship? You need to read this book to find out. Melissa Foster once again has given us another wonderful steamy contemporary romance at its best, with a fabulous couple. I am though, very very excited that Savannah Braden will have her story next in Bursting with Love.

I love that each book in this series builds on the storyline and lives of the characters, but can, easily, be read as a standalone novel. Sea of Love reintroduces us to Dane Braden and Lacy Snow. Sparks flew when these two met at Lacy's sisters wedding and, of course, sparks flew. For over a year, the two have been keeping in touch regularly via Skype, steamy phone calls, and flirtatious text messages and emails - a modern day romance, right? Now it would not be a true romance novel if there wasn't some drama, right? Dane's passion in life is protecting sharks and educating others on the vital role they have in nature. Lacy is terrified of sharks after an attack when she was younger left her scarred - physically and emotionally. The thought of Dane's career puts fear in heart and she does not believe she can fully give into a relationship with someone who searches out the very creatures she's mortified of. Sea of Love is about facing our fears - not just for the sake of love, but for our personal growth and development. Are we content with letting our fears control us or are we willing to take control of our fears and overcome them? Melissa Foster has written a great love story with characters that you cannot help but fall in love with and root along as they sail the sea of love!

Disclosure: I received a complimentary copy of Sea Of Love as a member of Beck Valley Book Yours. All opinions are my own. I really like Lacy and Dane and I can see where Lacy would have major insecurities and not trust that Dane could get past her fear of sharks. She didn't necessarily have a hard life but she did grow up in the shadow of two older sisters from her dad's previous marriage and with the shame of being the product of an affair. That would certainly make me timid and not entirely trusting with men in my life. She didn't meet her two half-sisters until she was in her twenties and wasn't immediately accepted by one of them. Plus, she knows the Braden men are all known as "players". So I can see where she would not fully trust in love being able to conquer all. I think that Lacy's character has just enough vulnerability to make her lovable and really make you want to root for her. I love that Dane is as committed to making his relationships work as his brothers. Despite being well know with the ladies, these Braden men really know how to go above and beyond for those they love. Sea Of Love is just as hot and steamy as the rest of the series. Dane and Lacy have some beach lovin' that will make you blush. It can definitely be read as a stand alone book but, as always, I recommend picking up the rest of the series so you get the full background on all the characters.

I was so excited to read that Lacy was coming back in this story. The last I read about her was at Kaylie and Danica's wedding. I read every book waiting for her to make another appearance and my luck finally changed and I got my wish. Dane Braden is smokin' hot and an amazingly caring guy. We learn about his work with sharks through the Brave Foundation. His whole life revolves around teaching others about sharks and why they do the things they do. Enter Lacy Snow who has a fear of sharks ever since she was attacked by one when she was young. While they have an incredibly strong connection it may not be enough to be able to overcome their obstacles. I really felt for the characters as they battled their feelings for each other and this issue with Dane's occupation. How awful must it be to love someone and hate what they do for a living. Hate being away from them for fear of something terrible happening. Will Lacy and Dane be able to make it through this? You will have to read it to find out! This book is like the others and is able to be read as a stand alone book but this series is so so amazing so why in the world would you even do it?

In Sea of Love we get to know more about Dane Braden and Lacy Snow. Dane was just how I remembered him from when Danica and Kaylie were married but I thought the whole relationship things was dead in the water so to speak when he left pretty soon after arriving at the resort and left Lacy pining for him. Now we learn that they have been in constant contact for that whole fifteen months but have not actually met up due to schedules not matching. They do finally meet up at Treat and Max’s wedding but their romance is very rocky. With Dane tagging sharks, and Lacy scared of sharks, lacy loving her job as does Dane and neither of them wanting to give up what they love how could it possibly work? When they are together the loving is passionate, hot and steamy  when they are apart they are miserable something has to give. Dane was the most memorable Braden mainly because of his 10 inches haha and I was looking forward to catching up with him as he has been brushed upon in the previous books but not much was given away. It was brilliant that Danica and Kaylie were around as sisters should be to their other sister Lacy. I liked how Dane and Lacy knew almost everything about each other, even the deep and meaningful stuff before eventually meeting up as if they are still talking to each other after that long and so much told they are destined to be together. This series just keeps getting better and better, I always look forward to reading the next instalment and they have never disappointed me. This is the best series I have read in a long time.
