A captivating and fast-moving five star mystery. I couldn't put this book down! It has everything a reader could want, excitement, danger, and great writing. The authors paint such a vivid picture with their words that the reader is drawn into the story. You can relate to the lead character, Katherine, from the very beginning of this thrilling book, and experience her hopes and her fears throughout. Katherine Gale is a one of Chicago’s top selling realtors. When the home she sold to a friend is damaged by a storm, Katherine’s attempt to help propels her into a perilous situation. After a failed attempt on her life, Katherine leaves Chicago to begin a new life in Florida. Within a week of her arrival, Katherine discovers that the threat to her life is now closer than it was before. Alone, without family or friends to help, she begins the dangerous task of unraveling the mystery of why she was marked for death. If you love a well-written, exciting story, with strong believable characters that will hold your interest throughout, then this book is for you.
