About the Author

Orr Kelly, a veteran Washington newsman, has covered the Pentagon, the Justice Department and the nation's intelligence agencies for the Washington Star and U.S.News & World Report magazine. He has written extensively on military history, with books on the Army's M-1 Abrams main battle tank, the Navy's F/A-18 strike fighter, the Navy SEALs and Air Force Special Operations.
