Got me hooked on learning about reincarnation!

My first reading of this book was in the mid-1970's. My husband and I were just married and we had little time/money to spare so I got this from the library. I read it cover to cover in one sitting and have been a 'follower' of reincarnation ever since. At every story in the book I just gasped thinking it couldn't get better...but it did. To enjoy it you must read it with an open mind and be ready to believe anything is possible. I was raised Roman Catholic but never felt 'comfortable' in that religion. This is the only process that makes any sense to me...that you just keep coming back life after life to learn from past mistakes and to 'purify' your soul to be worthy of heaven. I'm not a religious far, one of the most removed from it. But I think THIS is what was really intended for the human race, not just a one-shot deal, you screw up and you're done. It also explains why, e.g., infants might be born blind or with some other dire malady. You hear people cry :Why would God allow that to happen?" Well, this book is the start of your learning process. Everything happens for a reason. This view has even helped me control 'road rage.' When someone pulls out suddenly right in front of me and there are no cars behind me for 3 states, instead of cursing like a drunken sailor and getting my mood all out of whack, I just think: OK, maybe if I didn't have to break and slow down, I might have been in the path of a truck/car going thru a stop sign. I've recommended this book to all of my friends/family and they all seem (mostly all) to enjoy it. I hope you will too. Be well!
