This Book Took Me Back In Time.....After graduating from College and Getting My Own Apartment

While reading this book....i was like Wow ! This book reminded me of when i first graduated from College, got a job, and my own apartment. I could relate to Drew more because of how Xavier treated her and how she got tired of the relationship and of being taken for granted all the time....I see a lot of Drew's (Young girls) today who fall so much in-love and forget about how they should be treated(with respect). I actually thought the ending of the book was going to be the other way around....I'm glad that Kenya found Paradise in her own special way tho. I enjoyed reading the inter-racial relationship that Kenya had in this book and was sorry to see that it did not work out.... Cheris, keep up the great writing skills...i'm looking forward to reading your next book.

    Quite a treat

This book is a wonderful journey into the lives of young women who are trying to make it on their own, but understand the need for love in their lives. I wish I had this type of info when I had first graduated college!
