What a shame that this, Edward Albee's FIRST Pulitzer Prize winner, has fallen into obscurity. It is no Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?, but it at least deserves the same revamping that A Delicate Balance got. In fact, I think this is a better play. It adresses very interesting questions about human development and evolution without being heavy or boring. This review may go unread for who knows how long, but at least I made a contribution to the next bibliophile who happens to stumble across this sadly ignored work of genius. Was this review helpful?
