Overview

AFTER READING THIS BOOK, YOU’LL NEVER FEEL SAFE IN THE DARK AGAIN!

In the annals of America’s supernatural history, there is only one case in which a spirit took the life of one of the victims of the haunting – and there is only one author who can truly tell the story of this mysterious spirit in the way that it should be told!

In 1817, the John Bell family of Tennessee was afflicted by a terrible presence that tormented them for nearly four years and eventually claimed the life of John Bell. This mysterious spirit was unlike anything ever recorded in the annals of history and has since become America’s greatest ghost story. After more than twenty years of research, author Troy Taylor has compiled the true story of this terrifying ghost and delves into the strange events that occurred in Tennessee in the early 1800s – and continues today! Come face-to-face with the Bell Witch through first-hand accounts, explore the myths and misconceptions in the story and discover why so many people believe that the witch continues to haunt the Bell farm – and infamous cave – today!

There is a reason that eminent researchers like Rosemary Ellen Guiley have said, “Troy Taylor’s book, Season of the Witch, is the best and most thorough examination of one of America’s most famous and colorful hauntings -- an engrossing, entertaining and informative read that you won’t find anywhere else!” You don’t want to miss the new, final edition of this terrifying book. It’s one that will have you leaving a light on when you sleep for a long time to come!

    The True Witch

What can I say, It is truely THE most complete & interesting book on the story of the Bell Witch. Troy Taylor has a knack & a unbelieveable talent for the historical aspect of ANY story. The way he tells the history of a haunting & area is so remarkable that the history lesson is more exciting than the hauntings. I have been reading ANYTHING from Troy Taylor for years for this simple reason. The way he researches his books is so interesting, not only for the hauntings but learning about the area he is talking about.
