    Refreshing

Reading this book made me feel like I was talking with an old friend; I like her style and her spirit. I'm coming back to the craft after a long haitus and this was one of the first new books I bought to get myself back into the swing of things. It wasn't what I expected at all (i have never read her other books and for some reason i thought it might be a more thorough description of the history, myth, and meaning behind the sabbats) but it was a light and refreshing read. I was inspired by the easy and practical ways she weaves magic into the mundane throughout the year. It wasn't what I expected, and the few spells she shared were not really suited to my tastes, but I enjoyed reading it.

    Great Read and Informative!

Ellen Dugan writes like she's talking to a friend. She goes through each Sabbat and gives some history, ways to celebrate & what it means for her. She gives suggestions on how to celebrate each holiday, so that you can customize it for yourself.

I highly recommend this book for a witch's library!
