    Hugh Does It Again!!!

Once again Hugh has put out a very well written installment in the Wool saga.

Structurally I am pleased to see a return to the tightly written feel I loved in the first Wool novel. Towards Wool 5 I felt like the narrative got a little long winded and I found myself jump-reading to get back into the meat of the plot. Not so here. Every word is well placed and necessary.

As for the storyline ... what can I say. Hugh has created more questions then he has answered, and he's answered quite a few. That is a GOOD THING!!! As more and more connections are made I find myself rethinking what I thought I already knew and wondering, what if?

TL;DR: You'll be mad he hasn't finished the next installment yet ;-)

I could not wait for the trilogy

I finished Wool Omnibus, and I could not wait for anything related to this series. I read First Shift non stop and just finished Second Shift. What an amazing story.

I keep thinking there is another book I'm supposed to read...

I just finished reading the Second Shift and continued with the Third Shift. I couldn't put either book down once I started and I can't wait for the final installment of "Dust" in this trilogy. I love the characters that Howey has created and I can't wait to find out what happens next!

    Wow

The Silo series just keeps getting better and better. Mr. Howey, please keep them coming. Has anyone done a drawing or painting of the Silos? It would be a really cool to see a Silo Visual Art series...

Great series - Stick with it!

For some reason I found the first couple of chapters a bit hard to get through. I felt the same way about Wool. Stick with it and soon all of the groundwork information weaves into a compelling tale that you cannot put down.

I would love to rate this product if only they would have a different format than digital. Some of us still like real books.

You know you'll read this volume because you're already hooked on this series. As the middle of a secondary trilogy, it's not quite as suspenseful as the others as it sets up the last volume this spring. So read it and enjoy!

    Enjoyable Science Fiction

I have never read anything by Hugh Howey before, but I enjoyed this book. This is post-apocalyptic fiction with interesting technology and characters. It's probably worth going back and reading this series from the beginning.

    Emotional mystery

I love this apocalyptic, sci-fi-ish series. Mr. Howey continues to create characters we can not only relate to, but immerse ourselves in their story, yearning and hoping for them to succeed. He draws up a believable and detailed world, making it easy for the reader to imagine the depth and feel of it. Can't wait for more!
