Editorial Reviews

Children's Literature - Suzanna E. Henshon
Have you ever dreamt of attending summer camp away from home? Natalie Goode can hardly wait for her second summer at Camp Lakeview, where she will reunite with the girls from bunk 3C. What could be better than seeing old friends and making new ones? Natalie is eager to reconnect with Alyssa, her best friend, and to see her potential boyfriend, Simon. But when Natalie arrives at camp, there's a girl named Tori, who seems to steal Natalie's thunder from the get-go. Not only that, but Natalie's not sure that she and Simon are really on the same page relationship-wise. What happens if the connection that Natalie feels isn't mutual? During the weeks at camp, Alyssa and Natalie stop spending time together, and Natalie becomes jealous of the glamorous Tori. Finally, after a heart-to-heart talk with Alyssa, Natalie realizes that the second time's the charm after all. Young girls will enjoy the latest addition to the "Camp Confidential" series. Reviewer: Suzanna E. Henshon, Ph.D.

Meet the Author

Melissa J. Morgan started going to sleep away camp when she was eight years old and didn't stop until her first job after grad school refused her request for eight weeks of summer vacation. She's since quit that job to become a full-time author. The only reason she didn't go back to camp is that her husband refused to join her. Melissa lives in New York with him and Bugle, their Chocolate Lab.

    I Also Recommend:

    "Romance"?

If you have read the books before this one in the series, than you know about Simon and Natalie. This book is all about their "romance". They figure out their feelings for each other. This book focuses on Natalie, just like the first 1 did (Natalie's Secret). If you like the NYC rich girl at camp, then you will like this book!

If you haven't read a camp confidential read one. You won't regret your money. Defenilty a girls should read. Poeple might just say this is just a normal girl boy problem. But a new chacter steps into the problem. One just like Natalie. That means boys, make-up, clothes, shoes, magizine's. it seems like this new girl is taking all the attetion. But can Natalie deal with Simon and Alyssa will this new girl seems to breaking everything apart. And is Natalie sure that this girl is a real friend. Defentily read.
