As a child, this was my all-time favorite book. There are four high school kids who realize that enemy agents are targeting their town. I still remember that the 'good' agents were called MONGOOSE and the four kids became 'VACUUM' which stood for 'Volunteer Agents Crusading Unsteadily Under Mongoose.' It was a rollicking good mystery, non-stop action and a story I still remember some parts of, verbatim, thirty years after having read it! I highly recommend this wonderful book.
