Two 12-year-olds, Missy and Kevin, explore the old lodge, the woods, the cemetery and the dark caves beneath the lake and find surprises, danger and secrets. They solve the riddles, follow the clues and make an amazing discovery. This is the first of three adventure books that, with style and wit, follow a lot of pre-teen fun and action and keep the reader turning the pages. I recommend this for good readers, boys as well as girls, between the ages of 9 and 12.
