    Loved it...

    This book teaches a very simple, but profound concept. Although it is a smaller book, it took me several days to finish it, as the material is very deep. I found that when I pondered the information it was truly very rich and rewarding. One should not expect to walk away with miracles, because when our emotions and hopes are so caught up in the outcome, it maybe delayed. You must set aside your hopes and desires and just go into this for the wonderful rewards it will bring into your life. You can go to the author's website and download free meditation mp3 guides. I really resonated with his meditations and found they transported me to a very calm and blissful place. I highly recommend this book!

    Instant healing a book that will take you to the possibility of healing physical and emotional disorders.

    Written in a clearly and casual style. The emphasis is in finding and developing awareness in order to be able to fall in the gaps of thoughts to enter into the possibility of instant healing. Although simple and profound, it is important for the reader to be able to accept this concept and the most important practice constantly. Do not get attach to results and expect for the moment for instant healing. Do not be discourage if do not see results, be persistent.

    Didn't work for me

    Well, I read the book. Some chapters more than once. It was confusing for me and too much verbage before getting down to the real information on how to perform the healing procedure. The author, Frank Kinslow, kept mentioning how easy it all was, but his explanations were anything but easy.

    I didn't find the techniques easy either, though that may be just me. I have a hard time sitting and keeping my mind quiet. So, I don't know if this healing technique works or not. I see a lot of people in other reviews claim it does miracles. I'm happy they were able to make it work for them, it just didn't for me.

    You have to try this!

    If you had the power to heal soreness, aches, pains, emotional distress, or any other problems while healing yourself, would you do it? There are no adverse effects to you as the healer/healed actually you benefit from just being aware. I will admit I was very skeptical while reviewing The Secret of Instant Healing in the beginning. As I followed the step by step exercises to finding pure awareness and Quantum Entrainment as well as completing the little tests Mr. Kinslow introduces, I quickly became a believer! I could focus my energy on my middle finger and it actually appeared to grow longer than the one on my opposite hand. Thank goodness it went back to normal! This book is a step by step guide on awakening the inner awareness inside of you with a little humor here and there. You can learn how to heal without medicines, acupuncture, or old family remedies just by using your mind and energy within your body or the body of the person you are healing at that time. The Secret of Instant Healing by Frank J. Kinslow is a strangely true book that I will re-read and follow more closely so that I can always be aware and keep my skills honed in the instance that they are needed. I felt like Mr. Kinslow was sitting right next to me talking as a friend with his silly comments thrown in and the natural way the words seemed to flow. A truly enjoyable and informative read that will open your eyes and your awareness. 4 Hearts
