    very insightful

    I thought the book was very insightful. I normally don't like to read, but, this book brought me in and wouldn't let me go. I have read other books in this subject that did not make me feel as if anyone else understood. In reading this book I felt that someone else knew what it was like... it was a welcome relief.

    It looks good...

    I havnt read this book but for anyone who suffers with this problem i suggest trying to read this book or one of the other recomendations self injury is something i have suffered with for 4 going on 5 years now and i still havnt stopped i dont understand it and neither do my friends but maybe this book will help me or one of you or one of your family or friends understand and help with this problem I hope my rating of a four comes true
