I was riveted to the page as I began this book. It is a page turner and I wish there could be another following that carries on with this story. It begins with a family in Arizona during the depression. Their two oldest sons go into the mountains to work in the timber to earn money to help the family. On their way home(walking) they go through the superstition mountains. The story centers around what happens there. It is exciting, frightening, full of much suspence, and yet a beautiful love story. I enjoyed it very much and the beautiful lessons it taught! I would reccomend it highly to everyone! Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
