Overview

Como parte de su estrategia, Reyes entregó al embajador de Alemania el Plan de México, en el que está formulada su visión para que el país sea una potencia mundial y cómo lograrlo. Poco después, cuando Reyes ataca el Palacio Nacional, cae durante el combate y los sublevados terminan muertos o apresados. Simón va a dar a la cárcel, pero luego es rescatado por unos misteriosos hombres al servicio del diplomático alemán, quienes lo infiltran en la embajada de los Estados Unidos en México para averiguar sus planes. Descubre la existencia de un siniestro agente norteamericano que se dedica a desestabilizar países, formando guerrillas, para que el ejército estadounidense intervenga e imponga gobernantes títeres.
