Buy this book if you are even remotely considering doing the HCG diet to lose weight. It tells you everything that you need to know. This author has done all the homework for you. This book gives you both the pros and the cons and tells you how to prepare to do the diet, if you eventually decide to try it. You really need to read this book before messing around with your hormones. Learn what to expect and how to do the diet without causing harm to yourself.

This is another great book in the bioidentical hormone series. It tells you all about hCG. You will learn if you should try it or not and if you do try it, how to do it without hurting yourself.
It has been proven time and time again in published and peer reviewed medical studies that HCG plays no role whatsoever in weight loss. All it takes is a quick search to find mountains of published studies demonstrating this. It might indirectly in males in the sense that it boosts testosterone production, which then can play a minor possible role in weight loss. It boggles the mind to think that people will go on a diet that requires you to eat 500 calories a day (i.e. starve yourself) and then blindly attribute weight loss to HCG. Everyone wants a short cut to the extent that they aren't even willing to apply basic reason and common sense.
