This book is great IF you like Multi-Level Marketing scams.

I have never met the author, but he is on top of the subject. This medium sized book gives more good, true, and useful info than some seminars that I have paid over $500 for. If an investor will use half of the achievable ideas in this book, they will be a millionaire in short order. It goes faster if you have some money to start with, but you can do it with no money as long as you work to learn the landlording and purchasing and selling skills in this book. Don't just read it, study it. It may be one of the most up to date books on the shelf right now.
