Meet the Author

There's nothing better to me than a good story. Whether it's a book, movie, TV show or even a video game, I find it very easy to become completely engulfed in a good story.

I've spent my life finding ways to share my own stories with any who care to read them. I've experimented with many different forms of writing, but have always come back to novels.

Only recently have I made it my goal to convert myself from a "wannabe writer" to a "wannabe writer with a few published books."

    loved this book

This book cracked me up!! I work in customer service for a college but I could relate to the stupidity factor of people. There was one part of the book that I read to my co-workers and boss.
A great read on a stressful day.

    Fun!

Any of you currently or formerly working in retail will relate to Wade's woes of customer service Hell. This is a quick funny read, though some of it is a little over the top. Any retail veterans will recognize the customers from Hell featured in this book.

    Hilarious easy read.

Perfect for those retail emoloyees and the douche customers we all hate. It's an easy read and doesn't require dedicated time. Funny for the road.

    Really?

Entertaining but far fetched. Having worked retail most of my life, I could find it offensive if I took it seriously, which I did not. And really, no clerk I've ever known has got that much "strange"! LOL

    very funny

This book was very entertaining even if you haven't worked in retail! coming from someone that has i would say the author was dead on when talking about all the annoying types of customers. I couldn't put it down, it was a good easy read.
