    Not very applicable

    Despite showing numerous examples of diet and exercise regimes for individuals, it seemed rather simplistic and missed key components of the struggles individuals have with weight loss. Food and exercise are not the only issues.

    A reviewer

    This book was the start of a life change for me after just randomly grabbing it in the store. It is a realistic approach on what it takes for different women to lose weight and maintain the body that makes them happy. Since reading it in March of 2007 I have lost 30 pounds and refer to the book often to reinforce the mind set of these amazing women.

    Great secrets revealed. I wondered how Sazzy Varga stayed so thin!
