Suffering the curse of eternal curiosity, Mina never tires of learning new skills which has led to Aromatherapy, Corsetry, Chain-maille making, Welding, Canoeing, Shooting, and pole-dancing to name but a few.

A full-time author and cover artist, Mina can usually be found hunched over a keyboard or graphics tablet, frantically trying to get the images and words in her head out and onto the screen before they drive her mad. She's addicted to coffee and Dairy-lea cheese triangles.

    more from this reviewer

I received a copy of this book to read and review for Wicked Rea

I received a copy of this book to read and review for Wicked Reads, so here is my review. I have read the first and third books in this series and loved them but this one was hotter and much better to me. Daisy comes home to find that someone had purchases the cottage next door. And it looks like they haven't moved in yet. So she goes over to check and gather the mail as she has been doing since the previous neighbor fell and had to be put in a nursing home. To her surprise, she is attacked when she goes inside. Will is woken from a sound sleep with the sound of a car pulling up and then leaving. He thinks that it is a neighbor coming in from a night of drinking. Suddenly he hears the front door open and close. When he goes to check it out, he thinks he is being robbed and he attacks the intruder. After he realizes that a curvy, sexy woman is beneath him, he wants more than to attack an intruder. He wants more from Daisy. The heat between them sizzles from the pages. And their date is almost too much, almost set your kindle a fire.
I would have liked a little more (only 49 pages) and some more to the ending. Other than that it was great. So check out Strathstow Sharks series: Hitting the Hooker(book 1) Seduced by the Scrum-Half (book 2) and Playing with the Prop (book 3). They are all short, sexy, hot and fun reads.

First of all, this is book 2 in the series, but it stands alone

First of all, this is book 2 in the series, but it stands alone perfectly fine.  There is no references to any teammates or couples or anything that would suggest there was a previous book.

Second, this was a fast and sexy read.  I enjoyed it, but I have to say that it felt too short and very open ended.  It starts off funny and totally hot, but there’s no strong character development or progression.  The relationship also seems to be based mostly in sex, which isn’t enough for me personally.  I  just wanted more from all of it.

Seduced by the Scrum-Half is a quick, sexy read that will make you laugh right from the start.  Check it out if you’re looking for a little something!
