I totally enjoyed reading Seducing the Bad Boy by Julie Leto, the first book in her Kiss and Tell series. This is a story of two high school sweethearts reuniting and having a second chance at love. Jack Sullivan, a fashion photographer, has spent time with many of the beautiful women who posed for him. He thought he had found love with one, but it ended up imploding and sending him back to Tampa, a place that held good memories for him. Angela Harris lives next door to her older sister while she runs her own business. Both Jack and Angela attend their high school reunion, hoping to reconnect. The only problem is that Angela has a secret that could destroy any chance at the two of them having a relationship. This was a sexy, fun, and entertaining story with very likeable and authentic characters you want to cheer on, hoping for that happy ending. The characters were well written with complex characteristics. The story line was riveting and kept my attention to the very end. I enjoyed reading this book and had trouble putting this book down. I highly recommend this book to other readers.
Seducing the Bad Boy? More like seducing my heart. Seducing the Bad Boy was written by Julie Leto, from what I know it is a revision of an old book of hers, she’s looking into revamping some of her earlier work. The book gives us a peek into the story of Angela Harris and Jack Sullivan; former high school sweethearts who ended things on a very bad note on prom night just as Angela had decided to fully surrender her heart and body to the guy of her dreams. Fast forward ten years, Angela is now a single mom to a 9 year old, Dani, and a successful business woman owner of her own company. She’s at a point in her life where she has pretty much everything she could ever ask for, except for Jack. The invitation to their High School ten year reunion only seems to make things worse for her state of mind at the moment. Once the pair come face to face after so many years she realizes the sparks are still sizzling between them. He’s always been an itch she just can’t scratch. What better way to get him out of her system than seducing him during their reunion weekend? Before she knows it Angela finds herself immersed in a Jack Sullivan chasm she can’t escape from, especially since Jack has come a long way from the immature temperamental boy he was in high school. After finally having a taste of her he’s made it his mission not to let Angela go this time around. I have to say I really enjoyed reading this book. The sex was hot, the characters made me laugh and Jack calling Angela Angel had me swooning at times. I loved the fact that even while Angela acted Like a seductress and took control of their situation in getting what she wanted from him you could still catch glimpses of the girl she used to be, I think that's very human. I enjoyed reading it. I only wish the book had been a bit longer to see a more detailed view of the final developments. Angela and Jack’s story seems pretty simple at first sight. However, the more we delve into the story we realize they are in a complex predicament what with the secrets and revelations that take place as the book moved along. Hopefully we'll get to see more of these two in future books? This was a quick fun read and I do recommend it to pass the time.
