The book began well but the author left so many plots unfinished or too easily resolved. The two main characters were interesting enough but I found myself skipping the sex scenes because I wanted to see where the story plot was going to take me and also, some of the scenes felt more x-rated rather than erotic. I would have given it another half star because there were some good scenes (example: airport scene) that really built up the tension; I didn't know which way it would go; but then rather than pursuing a point the author choose to gloss over them. Though I have found a number of authors do this, she tends to say the same thing in different ways over and over AND OVER again; as if we don't already know how attracted to each other they are or what a jerk the "villan" is. If the author spent more time on the plot than telling us how much they like each other it would have made for a more well rounded and complete read.
