    Nice book for kids that like aninmals and insects.

    I was pretty skeptical about this being a free book. The book has some great information on animals and insects, but none of the sounds work. I guess this is why it was free. If the sounds would work, it would be more enjoyable for a younger child who cannot read yet.

    Cute, but doesn't work properly.

    My son liked all the pictures but we couldnt get most of the sounds or words to play. There isnt any "read to me" words. So maybe it just has a glitch, but it seems poorly designed.

    Very cute and educational

    Great pictures! My first grader liked the quizzes. Weboth liked the animal sounds!

    Not good "Read to Me"

    This book does not perform "Read to Me" in the typical fashion. Throughout the book it has special icons on the page that can be clicked in order to listen to animal sounds or to have short blocks of text read. Although these features enhance the reading experience for older readers, I was looking for a "Read to Me" book for my three year old son.

    not recommended

    this book is suppose to have a read to me feature but it doesn't work also just doesn't have a good flow. Kids were not interested in it at all.

    It was a great book but when it came to the read me mode it did not work, do not buy for kids who can not read.

    For a free book, its not bad, but it isn't really a "read to me book". You still need to read the words to children, but there are some nice animal sounds, pictures and facts. And if you DOUBLE TAP the buttons, facts pop up and you can sometimes hear the sounds again. If I had paid for it, probably wouldn't have given it as good a rating.

    OMG!!!!

    On the sound page, a frog makes a duck sound. A wolf sounds like a seal and the seal sounds like a snake. ?????????????????? This is a book to confuse little kids!

    Fun Read - buy it!

    Children and parents will love reading this book together. The story and pictures were a joy to the reader. I would read other books by this author.
