The dialogue was excellent in this story. It did a great job of paralleling Lex's baldness with the large nose of Cyrano de Bergerac, the title character in the school play. I loved how Lex was able to help Clark triumph over his stage fright. I thought the story ended on a downbeat note, however.

If you like Smallville, well, this should be an episode! (hint hint, Alfred Gough and Miles Millar) I loved it...it's kind of similar to the episode "Shimmer" with Amy and Jeff (the one who can turn invisible), but it's still an awesome book. Happy Reading!
