This is a republication of an older work. It is a study of Biblical characters from a late 19th century perspective. AB Simpson, founder of the C&MA has a unique perspective, solid Presbyterian theology, with a excellent understanding of the work of the Holy Spirit through the lives of these individuals. Most contemporary views of these Biblical characters do not even come close to understanding their lives as Mr. Simpson does. An excellent devotional work for teens on up.
