Overview

SEEK AND DESTROY [The NASSD Counter-Terrorist Agency 2] After being badly injured, NASSD agent David Snyder is offered a transfer to the egocentric ICE intelligence agency. Even Charis McKoy, the brainy, mouthwatering brunette sent to recruit him isn't enough to sway his allegiance. He'd rather cut out his own heart than work for ICE. ICE agent Charis McKoy has the handsome agent in her sights, in every sense of the word. He may be a part of the all-bronze-no-brains NASSD agency Charis despises, but he is also more perfectly chiseled than the statue bearing his name. When NASSD and ICE form an alliance to find a cyber-terrorist threatening to destroy the nation's techno-infrastructure, they pair their two best agents. Working side by side, each eager to outdo the other, they must find and stop the madman before he strikes again. Racing to stay one step ahead, they enter into a dangerous game where the hunter becomes the hunted.

*** 5 Cups: "This story takes the reader to the edge of their seat and keeps them there until the very end! Ms. Adams writes a story meant to keep a reader on their toes. This story takes the reader to the edge of their seat and keeps them there until the very end. I love the spin she uses with placing two agents from rival agencies together and watching the sparks fly. The author puts enough surprises in the story to ensure that the reader won't figure out the ending until the author is ready to reveal it. Charis has become one of my all-time favorite leading ladies with all her hang-ups and loving nature. The scorching love scenes between these two are more amazing for their intensity than for their content. I look forward to reading the next book in the NASSD Counter-Terrorism Series." --Coffee Time Romance

*** 5 Stars: "I love this series! Seek and Destroy is every bit as enticing as At Any Cost led me to expect. David Snyder is back, this time in the starring role and twice as hot as the celestial version! He stars in every fantasy good girl Charis McKoy pretends she doesn't have. Both are terrified of their feelings for each other, but can't resist no matter how they try. They are each balanced on the verge of growth and their effect on each other sends them toppling over the edge of the safe existence they'd built for themselves. The twofold plot, a torrid seduction and a terrorist threat, incorporates danger and sexual intensity with nearly equal excitement. It flows from paradise to harsh reality without a hitch in the fast paced tale of two agents fighting to overcome the distraction of falling in love long enough to save the world. Dan and T. J. have a few surprises of their own to reveal as they join the McKoys of ICE in providing support for our heroes as they match wits with a deadly opponent. Seek and Destroy has it all and, in my opinion, it doesn't get any better than this!" --Just Erotic Romance Reviews

*** 5 Stars: "Danger and romance mix to make a great read...I was hooked from the first page of Seek and Destroy; I read throughout the night, savoring each word. This tale is fraught with danger, self sacrifice, heroism, and romance. This is the second book in this series. Allie K. Adams just keeps getting better. Her talent is in both character and plot development. Fans of romantica will enjoy Seek and Destroy." --Review Your Book

I was gifted a copy of Seek and Destroy (TREX) for a honest review. I can say I am so glad Allie allowed me to be introduced into the spec ops world! I am a huge fan of Allie as a result of being taken hostage by her awesome books!

Special Ops agent David Snyder is gravely injured on a mission and is given the option to transfer into another, less engaging section of TREX. Beautiful, intelligent, take no nonsense, Charis McCoy is sent in to make the transition appealing and effortless.

David is having none of it and decides since he cant be active in the field, it's no longer an option to be a member of the team. He promptly disappears of the TREX radar.

A new cyber terrorist threat makes finding David and bringing him back into the fold a crucial mission for the attractive Charis. Drawn to one another, they work together to hunt and acertain the threat.

Mutual attraction turn the mission into a smexy fun time!

The plot is engaging and hooks you from the start! Allie's characters are likable and spunky! The hunk o' factor of TREX agents introduced makes you want to sign up for many missions or volunteer for a thorough de-briefing!

I've got all the other books awaiting to be read!

    I Also Recommend:

WOW. This book is just as good as the first in the series!

I love this series! Just when I didn't think it could get any better than At Any Cost, along comes Seek and Destroy. I fell in love with David Snyder in the first book. When I read that he got his own story in this book, I had to have it. The story didn't disappoint. David is sexy, and seriously protective of Charis McKoy, the agent assigned as his partner.

Pairing two rivaling agencies was interesting. Seeing how the two agents dealt with it was HOT. The love scenes were OMG scorching. If you want a good story that will warm you heart as well as your senses, I highly recommend Seek and Destroy.
