    Selected Teachings of James Allen

    This book is especially heIpful for those who are trying to understand who they are and what choices they are making (either for good or for evil) in their lives. The author, through meditation and experience, has put together in book form, a wealth of wholesome advice for those willing to put forth the effort it requires to become happy or to have a happy life.
