My Family Loves Me More Thanks To This Book

This book has changed my life. My family was forever on my back about time spent at work. I always thought I needed to be there because I was the person responsible for my success or failure. That will always carry some truth, however I now trust my employees to do their job and take care of my business when I am not there. I gave a couple of them books on self-confidence by Tony Richards after reading this one for myself. The books all had the desired effect. My workers are now confident to be responsible for my business when I am away with my family. (Maybe they always were and I didn't see it?) Thanks to this book I am planning to take my first holiday in 10 years. I would highly recommend any books by this author.

This Book Is A Must Read For Busy People

I read this book because my husband spends so much time at work that I, and our children, never see him. I understand the importance of his work; however I wasn't that certain he understood the importance of his family. After we both read the book we found it easy to set priorities, allocate time arrangements, and we now spend much more time together. It was easy to follow, (it needed to be as my husband usually only reads work material) it was a pleasant read, and it outlined the steps very easily for gaining the confidence to deal with our work/life balance issues. This is a great book.

As Good As His Other Books

I loved this book. It is a small book with a very big message. After making excuses year after year for the amount of time I sent working I was forced to take a break for health reasons. Years of guilt, which I hadn't previously recognized as an enemy of my self-confidence, or my health, finally ground me to a stop. I would not normally read self-help books but my doctor recommended this book to me. I am so grateful that he did. It outlined a process for seeing myself, my life, and the value I should have placed on balancing my work and life to be both happy and successful. The processes for being self-confident, eliminating guilt, and facing my future with much less work, and more play, are compelling reading. I look forward to a much better life thanks to this book. This is the second book in Tony's series on Self-confidence that I have read (the other one was Self-Confidence...for Dieting And Health)and I will certainly read more of this author's work.
