I have been breaking resolutions about losing weight and getting fit for as long as I can remember. I can now see, thanks to this book, there has been a lack of will to succeed because my self-image was poor. I now see where I was going wrong, I have the confidence to stick to my diet that I've started, and look forward to my self-confident figure lounging around the beach next summer. This book is great.

Every now and then a self-help book comes along that really makes a difference. I believe this book to be one of those occasions. Although it is a small book that I read in two days the first time, I took five days the second time and really understand now what I needed to do for my diet and health. I am very impressed. I will be looking for more books by this author.

I have been trying to give up smoking for years. I love the way this book outlines how my view of myself contributes to not giving up. I have stopped smoking again and feel much more confident that I have a better chance than before to make this happen. I'll let you know in a few months if I have been able to stick to my plan for better health. There is something about Tony's words that is very inspiring.
