    An Excellent Support Book For Any Manager

    I read this book because the synopsis mirrored circumstances in our company. We promoted the best employee and when she failed, as part of management, we couldn't demote her because she would leave, and were stuck with one less exceptional worker on the floor and poor management controlling those remaining. What a difference this book made. She is now managing skilfully, although it is early days, and our employees seem much happier. I would recommend this book to any company with staff/management issues as I found it to be exceptional.

    Every Managers Guide To Success

    How insightful for such a small book. It provided an understanding of how self-confidence works, how leadership works, how to manage myself, how to manage others, and even how to change poor performance in to responsible employee action. Every manager, from the top down to the shop floor should read this book. I will be looking forward to reading more from this author and will be contacting him in the hope that he may provide seminars to my company. Well done, Tony Richards.

    Every Manager Should Read This

    I picked up this book because I kept losing workers and my wife told me it was because of how I treated them. She was so right - not for the first time! I was falling down as a leader and arrogantly expected workers to do what I wanted because I was paying them. I am following the self-confidence processes in the book, and can see how to manage others without arrogance. Finally I can expect to keep my workers and make a profit. That would be a nice change.
