    Horribly written

    I was very disappointed in this book. The info was good but there were so many misspellings & typos that it was hard to understand.

    Very disappointed!

    This title leads you to believe you are ordering Dr Hymans book. Instead you get a slanted view. Dr Hyman has dedicated his heart and soul to helping people. His web site can give needed support which is so critical to make life changing moves. How dare you be so deceptive and discourage those who may need it. I recommend any of Dr Hymans books, not this one!!!
