About the Author

Edgar Cayce grew up in poverty and achieved only an eighth-grade education. By the time he was a teenager he was able to memorize an entire book simply by placing it near his head when he slept. As an adult, Cayce discovered that while in a trance he could diagnose illnesses. His medical readings, which were years ahead of their time. have been proven to be 90 percent accurate. His abilities helped him become a world-renowned psychic.

Stanley Ralph Ross wrote and acted on countless television shows, including Batman, The Monkees, Wonder Woman, All in the Family, and G.I. Joe. He also lent his voice to numerous projects including the film Babe: Pig in the City, Red Planet, and The Real Ghost Busters. Stanley has narrated a number of books for Macmillan Audio, including A Book of Five Rings, Meditation, Self-Hypnosis, and Channeling Your Higher Self. Stanley died in 2000 at the age of 64 from lung cancer.
