At first glance, this book oversimplifies the process of selling a business. But when you are in the throes of it, it is a welcome friend with honest advice. I am glad I did the prep work, even though it seemed obvious, and delighted that I was prepared for the various types of buyers described. Selling a small business is very stressful. It's nice to have someone (something) in my corner!
