    Best-Tasting Desserts without Sugar

Sensational Stevia Desserts by Lisa Jobs is the best recipe dessert book I have used. The desserts are great tasting and very easy to create in my hectic lifestyle. I am a wife and mother to a 16 year old and it is not always easy to promote healthy food choices with him. Most teens enjoy eating junk food and my son is no different. He has really enjoyed all the desserts I have pre pared especially the Key Lime Pie. As to my hectic job, did I mention I am a teacher to 25 fourth graders? At the end of the school day I have a stevia fruit shake (strawberries, mango, banana, etc.)from this book and it is the best I have ever tasted. I am satisfied and reenergized this time for my own family. Lisa Jobs has done a terrific service for my family and I in writing this great book of healthy recipes of tasty desserts. Thank you, Lisa. Very good

Haven't tried all recipes yet, but ones I have tried I liked. Different texture from using sugar and have yet to find liquid stevia. So I make the ones calling for powder form. Overall good cookbook.

    Size matters-but still a hit.

So far I have found these recipes good. Stevia is a good alternative to sugar and other chemically altered or engineered alternatives and this book can help you get started cooking with it. My only complant is that the fractional measurements in the recipes are so small that I have messed up the quantities a few times. Many of the recipes use fruit and/or dairy. Overall it is worth having in your low sugar or sugar free house, just get some good glasses.

    Perfect for your sweet tooth!

Sensational Stevia Desserts is a very thorough and informative book with alternative ways to sweeten some very delicious desserts. I have many cookbooks and to date, this book is both the most unique and fun to read. The Keeper Key Lime-White Chocolate-Cheese Pie and the Double Chocolate Truffle recipes are superb. The rest of the book is well worth perusing as well. Whether you have health issues that limit your sugar intake or not, the book offers some fine exploration into an alternative ingredient that is sure to please your palate. I am the author's sister but please consider this a fair and sincere review as I can truly appreciate the excitement and hard work that went into the development of the book.
