    Author Tim Smith, M.Ed., is an expert who practices what he preaches. Currently a physical education teacher, who also coaches volleyball and lacrosse in the East Syracuse-Minoa School District, Tim has previously worked as an exercise physiologist in private practice and as a lecturer in Adelphi University¿s Department of Human Performance Sciences. He has been a member of the National Strength Coaches Association and the American College of Sports Medicine where he served on their National Preventative/Rehabilitative Certification Committee and Fitness Instructor Subcommittee.
