Overview

Kenleigh Briggs suffered debilitating depression at the age of twelve after losing both parents in a tragic house fire. Her aunt assumed guardianship and forced Kenleigh to learn how to horseback ride. She soon developed a bond with the horses that helped her work out and deal with her depression.

Seven years later, young Kenleigh is now a sophomore at the University of Texas, San Antonio. During summer break, she arrives at Serenity Falls, a horse ranch devoted to helping children with disabilities learn to ride. She loves watching the kids build the same healing bonds with the horses that she did. She really finds satisfaction in paying it forward.

Wesley Adams, the son of the ranch’s owners, is a professional bull rider who lives in Dallas. With his blond hair, Caribbean blue eyes, and tattooed muscular body, he is the epitome of every woman’s dream. Wesley is good guy, but he harbors a past he's not proud of.

Kenleigh has learned to take life head on. Content with the way her life is going, Kenleigh never expected Wesley. He takes Kenleigh on the ride of her life, but will she accept him faults and all? As Kenleigh and Wesley discover a love like they have never known, will they also discover the best parts of life they are missing?

Meet the Author

Tiffany:
I am 28 years old, with a wonderful family. My husband is in the Army, and we have two wonderful children. Ashley and I have been best of friends since we were 13. I recently graduated from South University with my Associate's Degree as a Paralegal. I enjoy listening to music, playing with my kids, and going to the beach, and anything that has to do with the outdoors pretty much.
I’ve always liked to write, but never really had an interest in reading until the summer of 2012. I am so excited to be taking my writing journey with Ashley. I have many authors that I consider my favorite so I’ll just name a few: E.L. James, SC Stephens, Molly McAdams, Rebecca Donovan, K.A Linde, Marie Coulson, and S.H. Kolee.

Ashley:

Ashley grew up in Texas but now has joined her husband to reside in Virgina. She is a military wife and mother to two adorable children. She’s always wanted to travel having grown up in a small town. Her interest in reading sparked last summer and now she’s a lost cause without her e-reader. Since she loves to travel, the places she gets to go in her fictional books are what any girl could ask for.
When Ashley isn’t glued to her computer you can find her outdoors either playing with her children or relaxing and enjoying the sun reading a good romance novel.

Serenity Falls is a well written new adult romance novel written

Serenity Falls is a well written new adult romance novel written by Tiffany Aleman and Ashley Poch, the plot and characters are well developed, and the story flows extremely well this is one of those novels you have a hard time putting down. I have to say the writing and the descriptions make me want to go to visit Texas and find myself a cowboy.

We first meet Kenleigh who is a young college student who has suffered great loss in her life. Kenleigh’s aunt hears about a program that involves horses as a type of therapy and Kenleigh thrives in this environment. Now in college she spends her summers in Serenity Falls working as a summer counsellor helping other children work with horses as a type of therapy. Kenleigh loves returning to the place that made her worthy of living again.
Wes who is the owner’s son returns home to spend time with his parents and finally gets to meet the girl his parents talk about, they seem to care about Kenleigh as if she is family. Wes who is dealing with his own issues right now knows the best place for him to be is with his parents and the horses. Kenleigh and Wes are instantly attracted to each other and the friendship and romance blossoms from here. Wes being a bull-rider is what you would call an extremely sexy, hot alpha male and Kenleigh is very attracted to him and Wes feels the same way about her.
Serenity Falls is truly a well written new adult romance novel; it has everything you want, great chemistry, sexy hot alpha male and some well written love scenes. I have rated Serenity Falls a 4 star rating and would definitely read anything Tiffany Aleman and Ashley Poch write in the near future. So if you like me a love to read romance novels this is one you should try.

This book hit close to home due to the setting being in Tex

This book hit close to home due to the setting being in Texas. The book was realistic in the sense that it could happen in real life and in was in a real state. There are a lot of books set in the state of Texas, but not much on them move me. All of Lori Wilde's books move me, but not much more than that. This book moved me.

I felt different types of emotions running through me as I read this book. I had excitement for the turning of the pages of what will happen next. The dread of knowing this is going to end when summer ends and that is when the characters have to make a decision of what they want to do with their relationship and the fact that the book can not go on forever like I would love it to do.

I even had fear for the out come not ending like I would like it to do. The ending was satisfying in many ways, but the one I wanted. It to not end. ;)

This book was a slow and easy read with not much high points, but it kept the light pace through out the story line. It was a great romance story that was comfortable read in a night or two.

    Holy Cowboy Hotness!

Let me just start by saying Tiffany and Ashley have done it again!

Kenleigh (love the name) lost her parents at a young age. She hold's unnecessary guilt for what happened to them.
It was a tragedy and in no way her fault, but she doesn't see it that way. Kenleigh is left to live with her aunt. In attempts to pull
Kenleigh out of her deep state of depression she enrolls her in riding lessons. Kenleigh finds her passion in the horses and
slowly learns to love life without her parents. This also leads Kenleigh to a horse farm that holds a camp each summer for kids
who are living through tragedy just like she did. Like she is.

Wes...Oh Wes! He is a sexy bull rider who has women falling at his feet. Taking a break from the tour, Wes heads home
to the family farm to help his parents out for the summer. Wes's mom has spoken to him often about the sweet girl named
Kenleigh. Wes was looking froward to meeting her in person. What he didn't expect was to fall head over bull for her.

This leads us to the the hot and incredibly sweet alpha male and Kenleigh in their journey to HEA. There are twists and turns
along the way that keep you wondering if the HEA will ever come.

Serenity Falls is an amazing story of opening your heart and finding love. A story about overcoming your fears and learning to
live each day to the fullest. It will leave you with a smile on your face and happiness in your heart. You won't be disappointed.
