    Yoga of The Mind

A beautiful book with the intention of awakening the reader to the reality of the faculties of the mind. Many of these faculties are used by us daily, but without knowledge of them, their uses, and potential, we are made to be 'elephants mastered by puny drivers'. This path will lead students to a realization of their true selves, and enable them to make use of their mental attributes through clear knowledge and refinement.
