Meet the Author

With over 30 years of management experience, Scott Anthony Ward has been practicing servant leadership before he knew it had a name. Others have been encouraged and challenged by his writing and speaking. He has had employees who claim they'd rather be at work than at home. No one in his companies has dreaded going to work. To give a talk on back/spinal care, one occupational therapist told him that she volunteered because she wanted to see what kind of "magic was happening here." Her patients from his company would say, "Hurry up! I want to get back to work." None of her patients from other companies talk that way.

Don't let the title fool you. Terrific business book!

Scott shares many interesting anecdotes about real events that will make you smile and sometimes shake your head wondering "What were they thinking?" Real life is often stranger than fiction and in this collection of 40 different events you will discover many nuggets you can apply in your own life and business.
If details bog you down you might skip the introduction and go right to the stories, then come back later to read the introduction.
Overall I highly recommend this book.
