This report is written about a book that gives constructive choices to help someone who has experienced a lost someone close to them (in death). The author gives examples of how she faced the death of her husband. Using this experience, she puts together several choices that a reader must make to recover from and triumph over death. There are also comments of others who were able to grieve in a healthy way and move on throughout this book. At the end of the book, there are many helpful resources listed. The book is meant to give hope to the reader that they too, can get through the work of grief.
