    Healthier Living Makes Sense

    A Must Have For Your Personal Library

    I am fan of this writer. The book is really good. Its plain and staight to the point. If you are trying to improve your health this book would be a great start. I like the fact that the writer is a REAL doctor and a Christian. So with this book you get a road map to great health the way God intended...

    Best Overall Health Book

    I am 17 years old and just beginning to really track and watch my health. I've always been pretty healthy, but this book opened my eyes to many things I should be doing differently that I never really thought made a difference. The reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because there is some information that can be quite obvious. Like the fact that you should be getting 7-9 hours of sleep. Thanks... I think we all know that, though. Because of this there are some parts I have to skip in order to stay interested. This isn't a diet or weight loss book. It is simply a book to help you maintain a healthy lifestyle. If that is what you are looking for, than I would definitely recommend this book. =]

    Phenomenal amount of information

    If I were to purchase just one health book on the market, this would be it. I originally borrowed it from the library but had to purchase it for myself, since there is so much helpful and possibly even life-saving information in it that I wanted it to refer to over and over again.

    I am a fan of Dr Colbert I own a few of his books. I begin reading this book about 10 days ago and really enjoy how it is outline daily. The first subject water was very interesting, how we think we are drinking the healthiest water and read this new book and see we have a lot to learn about our drinking water. I begin reading about the resting and sleeping and stop so I can make some changes in my bedroom this weekend first by removing my laptop into the family room. I am always seeking ways to improve my health I am 57 years young and in very good health to God be the glory. Being consistent is my goal setter for year 2008 in exercising, drinking water, taking my vitamins,eating fresh fruit etc... The appreciation list on page 52 is a great tool to live by daily. I recommend this book to all who are interested in taking charge of there health and want to live a healthy life style.
